Wolverhampton
Best Musicians / Band:
Sanjay Walters
I've been beatboxing since the age of 8, it all started
when I was watching Americas got talent on TV; and
this female beatboxer called (Butterscotch)
performed. I then tried it and the feeling I had words
can't describe, at first I could only beatbox 1 song;
but day by day of practicing my beatboxing portfolio
added up to the point where I can beatbox any song
that comes to my mind. I believe that every beatboxer
has their own style and I like to think that I do, some beatboxers just make pure noises and beats; but my style is to mix songs and impressions, something all audiences can enjoy.
My journey through the audition stage of the competition was great, I had fun on stage and I've learnt how to improve on myself over the years each time I perform; I know now that moving around and enjoying myself while performing is the best thing to do; because if I enjoy myself then I'm sure everyone else will. when I won the Wolverhampton heats I was proud of myself because I've never won a competition before yet alone a trophy for performing. I look forward to the finals, in fact I'm ready now; can't wait!
Runner-up Musicians / Band:
Michelle
Hi. My name is Michelle Natasha Munzvengwa. I love
singing, I started singing when I was 4 years. When I
was little I used sing in church choir, I enjoy singing, it
makes me feel good. I have been in a few talent shows
which was alright but something about Star Talent
Heat feels different, my experiences at Stars Talent
Heat was good, everyone made me feel welcome and
comfortable. People there are very nice. They are very
organized and down to earth people, may God bless them, I am happy that I got through to the grand final, I thank God and the judges for letting me through, when I perform next time I will improve my performance due to the comments that I was given to improve my performance.

Keyran
My name is Kyran Pitman. I'm an aspiring Singer/
Songwriter and musician that was born in Dudley.
I'm 20 years old and have been playing the guitar for
about 3 years (as well as other instruments). Music
has always been a huge part of my life and I study it
at college (which is really difficult!)... with hopes of
becoming a successful singer and songwriter. This is
my second major competition that I been involved in
because I only recently started to overcome my fear of stage fright. The heat in Wolverhampton was a great eye opening experience fore and I received a lot of advice from the judges and other professionals. I've met a load of talented and young people and I can't wait for the finals!

Unknown
Shanya, Aaliyah & Jade have been mutual
friends for many years they danced for a crew
called Hella Girls with 4 other dance members
ranging from the age of 10 -13. They crew have temporarily gone there separate ways as their dance teacher is on Maternity Leave. We are a group of young talented girls who have come from different dance crews to make up Unknown. They all participate in choreography and fusing different genres of music together.
The girls thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening & coming 1st place was amazing as they were up against a huge amount of very talented dancers. The girls continue to rehearsal & are very excited for the finals. Many thanks to all at STAR Youth Talent for giving the youth of Wolverhampton this opportunity.
